We would like to congratulate all the winners of the District Level Inter-School Art competition organised by Raise Hands Nepal in collaboration with Lalit Kala Pratisthan Nepal-Chitwan and District Education office-Chitwan. I'd like to personally thank Sir Dr. Ram Kumar Karki and Sir Devi Pd. Poudel for supporting and motivating us. Prarthana, you have done really a great job.
